Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd. is seeking a Service Coordinator in Brisbane for a permanent, Monday–Friday role. You will oversee service delivery, monitor job quality and efficiency, and ensure accurate documentation and labor-hour encoding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, cost-effective service meeting customer expectations and minimize complaints.

• Encode all AX documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure labour hours are correctly recorded and reconciled daily.
• Engage with CAT SODA processes and objectives.
• Manage SIP/WIP and forecast invoicing accurately.
• Collaborate with Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.

Service Coordinator - Brisbane, Permanent, Monday to Friday role

What you’ll be doing

• Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
• Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency
• Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests
• Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX as required
• Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis
• Responsible to be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA)
• Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations
• Collaborate and work closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters
