Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator in Brisbane to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient service while monitoring job quality and efficiencies. You will ensure accurate AX documentation and daily labour hour accounting, working closely with Field Service teams in a busy Caterpillar service environment.

The role emphasizes proactive follow-up on rework and goodwill requests, active involvement with SODA, and precise SIP/WIP management and invoicing forecasting.
