Job summary

Queensland Appliances – Hemmant, QLD is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our trusted, family‑owned team. This full‑time, Monday to Friday role runs 7:00am–3:30pm and focuses on smooth service operations, exceptional customer care and coordinating multiple priorities.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, support technicians and suppliers, prepare quotations, manage bookings and maintain accurate service records, using Simpro or Aroflo to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Service Coordinator role involving scheduling and customer relations.
• Experience within the appliance, electrical, HVAC, gas/plumbing or similar trade industry.
• Professional and confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience using Simpro, Aroflo or similar job management software.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Good working knowledge of Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and surrounding areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail — this is non-negotiable.

About the Role
