Crown Equipment Pty Ltd - Australia is seeking a Service Customer Care Representative to join the Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers and technicians, coordinating service requests and ensuring accurate invoicing.

This role focuses on scheduling, data integrity, and effective communication with_parts, rental and sales teams to support aftermarket services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in service administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and coordinate customer service and maintenance requests
• Dispatch and support field technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication
• Process and verify work orders, parts, and labour for invoicing accuracy
• Maintain and update service and maintenance agreements
• Monitor compliance with service procedures, time tracking, and reporting requirements
• Liaise with Parts, Rental, and Sales teams to coordinate joint activities
• Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Service Department
