Job summary

Crown Equipment in Sydney is seeking a proactive Service Customer Care Representative to join our Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers and Service Technicians, coordinating service requests and ensuring accurate invoicing.

You will log and dispatch requests, support field technicians, manage work orders and service agreements, and contribute to timely reporting and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service administration, customer service or similar coordination role.
• Very high accuracy in data entry and invoicing.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and coordinate customer service and maintenance requests.
• Dispatch and support field technicians with scheduling and communication.
• Process and verify work orders, parts and labour for invoicing accuracy.
• Maintain and update service and maintenance agreements.
• Monitor compliance with service procedures, time tracking and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with Parts, Rental, and Sales teams for coordinated activities.
• Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Service Department.
