Qualifications

• Degree level education required.
• Good IT skills and literacy; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly numerate with the capacity to work with large data files.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-social property for Riverside including leasehold, shared ownership, private rented and commercial tenures.
• Calculate and issue all rents in the Riverside Portfolio.
• Coordinate with Head of Service Charge & Rents on reporting and processes.
