Job summary

Penske Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Service/Warranty Advisor in Wacol on a maternity leave cover from December 2026 to September 2027. You will be the link between workshop, field service and customers, handling bookings, warranty claims and ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• Excellent communicator who is confident, clear and customer-focused.
• Team player who thrives in a busy hands-on environment.
• Knowledge of MTU, Detroit Diesel or Allison products (advantageous).
• Trade or industry qualification in Service Advising or Parts Interpreting (desirable).

We’re looking for a Service/Warranty Advisor to join our high-performing team in Wacol for a Maternity leave cover contract from December 2026 – September 2027. This role blends customer service, technical coordination, and warranty administration - perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the key link between our workshop, field service teams, and customers - managing bookings, processing warranty claims, and ensuring every customer receives world-class service and support.
