Job summary

EPV Speciality Service Centre – Keilor Park in Melbourne, VIC, is recruiting for a full-time Service Advisor/Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will welcome customers, manage bookings, coordinate workshops and field service, prepare quotes, and recommend repairs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator or similar automotive customer service role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good automotive knowledge and an understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right first time.
• Someone who takes ownership and cares about delivering a great customer experience.

As we continue to expand, we are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service and Parts Advisor to join our vibrant team at our Keilor Park workshop on a full-time basis. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting EPV Rental Assets and customer-owned equipment within our two state-of-the-art workshops as well as field service.

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of customer service and managing compliance. Planning and scheduling routine maintenance, repairs and breakdowns on specialized trucks and equipment. From routine inspections to breakdowns and planning complex mid-life overhauls, you will be the genius behind preserving our clients' fleets in impeccable condition. Be prepared to take on a diverse range of equipment, from trucks to cutting-edge electrical machinery, allowing you to constantly test and expand your skills and expertise, bringing excitement to your work every single day.
