Brisbane Isuzu is seeking a Service Advisor/Service Receptionist to join our Archerfield-based team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver a first-class customer experience and support the frontline staff with a positive, professional approach.

The role offers a 9 day fortnight option from early 2027, with ongoing training and opportunities for internal advancement across Queensland's largest dealer network. You will manage bookings, updates, and reporting for customers' vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a busy service environment.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Dealership experience is desirable but not essential.
• High attention to detail and reliable, punctual work ethic.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming customers in person and over the phone.
• Processing and updating repair orders in a timely manner.
• Updating Dealer Management Systems and communicating with internal stakeholders.
• Providing customers with updates via in person, phone, SMS and email on vehicle progress.
• Providing customers with a detailed report on their vehicles.
• Maintain Drivers Licence (essential).

The Brisbane Isuzu Trucks Service Department at Archerfield is currently seeking a Service Advisor/ Service Receptionist to compliment and support our experienced frontline team.

Your Duties and Responsibilities are:

Welcoming customers, both in person and by phone

Processing and updating repair orders

Updating Dealer Management Systems and communicating with internal stakeholders.

Updating customers in person, by phone, SMS and by email on the progress of their booked vehicles.

Providing customers with a detailed report on their vehicles.

Maintain Drivers Licence (essential)
