Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Service Advisor in Australia to join our equipment and turf maintenance team. You will coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service schedules while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll act as the link between customers, technicians, and parts teams, leveraging industry knowledge to manage bookings, progress updates, and warranty administration in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to work across multiple operating systems and software platforms.
• Experience within: Heavy Vehicle Agricultural Machinery, Construction Equipment, Turf Maintenance Equipment industries.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, turf maintenance machinery, irrigation equipment, or grounds care equipment.
