Gasmak Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join its busy Melbourne workshop, serving Jeep and leading automotive brands. You’ll be the face of the service department, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience from booking to handover.

You'll use your knowledge of vehicle servicing, strong communication and organizational skills to greet customers, prepare estimates, and keep them updated throughout the service process. Training and career growth are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus; training provided
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
• Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers
• Liaise with workshop manager on progress of service/repairs
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction every time
