Patterson Cheney Cars and Trucks is seeking a Service Advisor at Chadstone Toyota to be the key liaison between customers, the workshop and parts departments. You will deliver a seamless service experience, build lasting relationships and identify opportunities to maximise service and maintenance sales.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dealership Service Advisor
• Strong focus on delivering premium customer experience
• Proven ability to upsell maintenance and repair solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and service enquiries.
• Provide accurate service recommendations and quotations.
