• Handle vehicle delivery and return processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate ordering of special parts and warranty policies.
• Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up.

We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership. In this role, you will manage daily reception duties at the after sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide direct support to the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Experience

• 3+ years in automotive repair or related industries
• 1+ year in customer service
• Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous
