Job summary

Purely Porscha is seeking a friendly Service Advisor for our family-owned workshop in Western Australia. You will greet customers, manage service bookings, prepare quotes and invoices, and liaise with technicians to keep clients updated on their Porsche vehicles.

We value outstanding customer service, strong organisation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training and career development are offered in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive administration role.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience with workshop management software is an advantage.
