Pembrook Resourcing is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for an established automotive dealership in Ipswich. You'll manage customers through the service and repair cycle from booking in to collection, delivering high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience.
• Strong automotive knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Booking customers and vehicles into the workshop.

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 6:00pm

1 in 2 Saturday mornings

We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive dealership.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing customers throughout the service and repair process, from booking vehicles into the workshop through to collection.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Booking customers and vehicles into the workshop


• Preparing job cards and repair orders


• Discussing vehicle requirements and repair work with customers


• Providing estimates and keeping customers updated


• Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop Controller


• Identifying additional work and upselling where appropriate


• Managing customer expectations


• Handling queries and resolving issues professionally


• Ensuring vehicles are completed and ready for collection


• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
