Working closely with our management team, you will provide administrative support across a variety of business functions, including:
Service and operations administration
Customer service and telephone support
Scheduling and coordination of works
Reporting and data entry
Invoicing and accounts administration
Accounts payable support
Safety (HSEQ) and quality administration
HR and payroll administration support
Managing documentation and records
Working with our service management software, Clarafy
This position provides exposure to a wide range of business activities, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad administration skill set.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
Possesses strong communication and customer service skills
Has a professional and friendly telephone manner
Demonstrates initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team
Remains calm and focused in a busy environment
Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong data entry and administration abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using MYOB or service management software such as Clarafy will be advantageous but is not essential
Previous office or customer service experience will be highly regarded
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
