Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) is Australia’s leading forklift company. The Service Administrator at our Sydney/Moorebank office will support the Branch Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks, handling service orders, invoicing, and inquiries.

Based five days a week at Moorebank, NSW, you will work in a fast-paced industrial services environment with strong customer service focus and teamwork to support growth and efficiency.

Formación

• Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process service orders and customer invoices for Field Service activities.
• Respond to and resolve service enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Complete monthly fixed-price service invoicing and process supplier invoices for payment approval.
• Ensure branch operations reporting requirements are completed timely.
