Job summary

Q Agency in Penrith, NSW, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growth-focused team. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, develop proactive SEO roadmaps from audits, and stay ahead of industry updates.

You’ll report to the Head of SEO and collaborate with account managers to drive measurable results across finance, SaaS, eCommerce and more. Initially office-based five days a week for two months, with hybrid options after probation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of agency SEO experience preferred or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the three pillars of SEO.
• Experience with SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4 and Search Console.
• CMS experience with Webflow, WordPress, Shopify and HubSpot.
• Pro-active mindset with ability to provide detailed client recommendations.
• Interest in SEO news and AI developments.

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for an SEO specialist with 2-3 years of experience implementing strategies for clients, creating structured roadmaps based on audit findings. We’re looking for someone to join our growing SEO team - somebody who has a proactive approach to SEO, and is actively engaged with the latest news and updates. You’ll be working across a variety of brands, within industries such as Finance, Trade, SaaS, Hospitality, eCommerce, and more. You will report to the Head of SEO but have agency over your own clients and strategies, taking ownership of the account performance. You will work alongside our dedicated account managers to provide an exceptional experience. You will have access to training opportunities, including SEO events and workshops, monthly AI lunch & learns, and a personalised training program for your development. We’ll need you in the office 5 days a week for the first two months, and then we can discuss hybrid options.

What we need you to have:

• 2-3 years of experience (agency experience preferred but not required)
• A strong understanding of the three pillars of SEO
• Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console
• Experience with CMS - primarily Webflow, Wordpress, Shopify, and HubSpot

• Interest in SEO news and updates, and latest AI developments

$90,000 to $110,000+ super
