Job summary

Searchability is seeking an SEO Specialist to manage the online presence of key accounts from our Sydney office. The role is hybrid with flexible working arrangements and focuses on strategy, audits, keyword research and technical SEO.

You will work with a collaborative team to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and expand digital visibility for tier 1 clients. 3–5+ years in SEO and agency experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years+ experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Experience in an Agency environment preferred
• Knowledge of all areas of SEO including on-page, off-page, technical and strategy

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the online presence of a small number of tier 1 accounts
• Develop tailored SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and technical SEO audits; collaborate with content and tech teams

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?....

As an SEO Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimising the online presence of a small number of our tier 1 accounts. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall digital visibility. Working with the wider team to conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page and off-page optimisation, content strategy, and technical SEO audits. We're looking for someone passionate about all these SEO and can keep up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates. Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach, and excellent communication abilities are essential for building and maintaining successful client relationships in this role.
