Job summary

Peritus Recruitment is partnering with a NSW Government Department to recruit a Senior Workplace Officer for a temporary contract in Sydney. The role covers accommodation, workplace services, fleet and occupancy, with a focus on service delivery and strategic projects.

The successful candidate will manage leases and occupancy, liaise with landlords and stakeholders, produce budget reports and contribute to workplace transformations across metropolitan and regional sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, workplace services, accommodation or property management, preferably in government or large organisations.
• Strong ability to liaise with landlords, agents, and stakeholders and manage multiple service areas.
• Data analysis and reporting skills with budget and expenditure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage accommodation agreements and occupancy arrangements, MOUs and service agreements.
• Liaise with Property NSW, landlords, suppliers, and government stakeholders for accommodation and workplace solutions.
• Collect and analyse data to produce compliant reporting on budgets, occupancy, and fleet operations.
• Contribute to workplace transformation, office relocations and occupancy projects.
• Support fleet management, including contracts, lifecycle, compliance and EV transition.
• Coordinate workplace services including booking tech, supplies, parking, mail, and meeting room support.
• Review and implement Government energy actions when required.
