Queensland Government is seeking a Principal Workforce Delivery Officer (Business Solutions and Projects) to lead business system and process improvement initiatives.

You will map current and future states, analyse requirements, coordinate readiness activities, and guide staff to maximise system capability across Microsoft 365, JIRA, Vision6 and in-house platforms such as the QCAA portal and Assessor Jobs platform.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading business system and process improvement projects.
• Ability to analyse business requirements to optimise system functionality.
• Experience coordinating business readiness activities including training and user acceptance testing.

Aufgaben

• Lead business system improvement projects with current and future state mapping.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business systems and processes.
• Provide guidance on ITSM tools and in-house applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to support implementation and optimisation.
• Manage project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
