You will oversee current-to-future state analyses, data and operational requirements, delivering streamlined HR processes and lifecycle improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analysis across enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong ability to elicit, validate and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Proven capability to translate business needs into practical functional solutions.
• Experience with HR processes and workforce data in large organisations.
