Pinpoint Talent is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to join a landmark Queensland Government workforce transformation project. You will contribute to streamlined HR processes and enhanced employee experience across a statewide organisation, with a focus on workforce mobility.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead business analysis activities, capture business needs, and translate them into practical, future-state requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) programs or projects.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis and business process re-engineering.
• Experience analysing complex business processes and developing current-state and future-state models.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
• Experience producing comprehensive documentation and supporting knowledge transfer.

Pinpoint Talent is seeking a highly capable Principal Business Analyst to join a significant Queensland Government workforce transformation project.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale Workforce Mobility Project focused on streamlining HR processes, improving workforce mobility and enhancing the employee experience across a complex, statewide organisation.

With a contract through to June 2027 and potential extensions, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major transformation initiative.
