Qualifications

• Significant experience managing Workers' Compensation claims
• Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation legislation, regulations and claims management practices
• Ability to analyse complex scenarios, assess risks and provide sound, practical recommendations
• Interest in coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of other claims professionals

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and guidance on complex Workers' Compensation claims.
• Review claims management practices and identify opportunities to improve outcomes, quality and consistency.
• Coach and mentor case managers to strengthen their technical capability and confidence.
• Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to support continuous improvement and best-practice claims management.
