Job summary

HAYLO People is recruiting experienced Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to join a growing Workers Compensation division in Newcastle, NSW. You will manage physical claims, mentor juniors, and have flexibility with front-end or tail-end portfolios.

The role offers remote work initially with office drop-ins as introduced. Join a leading claims service provider focused on RTW outcomes, customer service, and innovation, with support from Injury Management specialists and a dedicated leadership

Qualifications

12+ months experience managing Workers Compensation claims.
Experience managing physical injury claims (highly regarded).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High emotional intelligence with ability to balance empathy and commercial outcomes.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of predominantly physical claims with focus on return-to-work outcomes.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Choose to manage front-end or tail-end portfolios based on experience/preference.
Collaborate in a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
