The role covers liability determinations, entitlement reviews, and coordination with medical professionals, icare, and stakeholders, with flexibility to work from home up to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong case management capabilities and ability to handle complex needs.
• 1 year+ insurance/workers compensation experience desirable.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities when needed.
• Proactive, self-motivated with stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of WWHN claims and liability determinations.
• Conduct entitlement reviews for weekly compensation and medical expenses.
• Oversee claims involving physical and psychological injuries.
• Lead medical case conferences and strategic reviews.
