Job summary

Accenture Australia seeks a Workday Data Senior Analyst to participate in data conversion efforts for Workday Cloud HCM & Financials. You will transform legacy data, prepare ETL scripts, validate loaded data, and guide clients in mapping data, while keeping project leadership informed.

The role requires 1+ years of consulting, 2+ years of HRIS data migration experience, and Australian citizenship with Baseline Security Clearance. Expect four days onsite with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years consulting or similar professional experience.
• 2+ years HRIS Workday data migration experience.
• 1+ years XML/XSD/XSLT/XPath experience.
• Experience with ETL software including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho.
• Experience with MySQL or other database products.
• Formula and macro experience in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Workday data conversion tasks.
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data.
• Validate data loaded into Workday.
• Collaborate with clients to map legacy data and ensure data quality.
• Communicate with project and client leadership.
• Identify risks and propose alternate technical and functional approaches.
