Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a Data Conversion Consultant focused on Workday data migration and integration. The role involves transforming legacy data, creating ETL scripts, validating loads, and collaborating with clients to ensure data quality and project success.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in consulting or internal analysis, plus 2+ years in HRIS Workday data migration and solid XML/ETL skills. On-site work four days a week with travel as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ consulting or equivalent experience in a professional services or internal analyst role.
• 2+ years HRIS experience with Workday data migration from SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft or similar.
• 1+ years experience with XML-related technologies.
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho).
• Experience with MySQL or other DB products.
• Excel formulas/macros experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist converting data from legacy systems into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system.
• Create ETL scripts to transform/load data for Workday import.
• Validate data loaded into Workday.
• Assist clients in mapping legacy data and identifying data quality issues.
• Communicate progress and risks to project leadership; collaborate with client teams.
• Follow leadership guidance to set Workday project goals and deliverables.
• Support identification of process improvements based on project experience.
