Job summary

Intecrowd Llc seeks a certified Workday HCM Data Conversion/Migration consultant. This remote role can be located anywhere in Australia or New Zealand to perform the required responsibilities.

Responsibilities include leading clients through the SDLC, resolving data conversion issues, training team members, and ensuring high-quality data loads with validation and documentation. Strong Workday certifications and migration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Workday certification and experience with data migration in HCM and/or Integrations.
• Strong collaboration and communication; able to train others.
• Experience across full lifecycle of implementations and upgrades; data migration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday technical consulting across full SDLC from requirements to production.
• Resolve data conversion issues and communicate solutions.
• Mentor junior team members; train others.
• Support integration of Workday into client environments and advise on best practices.
• Lead data validation for loaded Workday data; ensure accuracy.
