Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to drive data conversion workstreams across full project lifecycles, collaborating with customers and internal teams to define conversion approaches and load accurate data into Workday. You will gain exposure to HCM, Payroll, and Financials within a dynamic APAC Services organization.

The role emphasizes strong technical problem-solving, data requirements, and customer-focused consulting, with flexible on-site/remote work in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data migration, integration development, report building, or software development.
• 6+ years of technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
• 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience.
• Ability to obtain, hold and maintain a security clearance to the required level, is an inherent requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data conversion workstream across the full project lifecycle.
• Partner with customer and project team to define the conversion approach.
• Extract and transform legacy data, migrate configuration, and load accurate data.
• Communicate complex data issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop functional expertise across Workday areas such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
