Job summary

Workday Australia seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to lead data conversion across the full project lifecycle. You will partner with customers and project teams to define conversion approaches, extract legacy data, migrate configurations, and load accurate data into Workday.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. You’ll develop functional expertise across Workday areas such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials while guiding customers toward best practices and successful

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data migration, integration development, report building, or software development.
• 6+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
• 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience.
• Ability to obtain, hold and maintain a security clearance to the required level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data conversion workstream across the full project lifecycle.
• Define the conversion approach, extract legacy data, migrate configuration and load data into Workday.
• Collaborate with customers and project team including project management, functional & technical consultants.
• Promote Workday best practices and ensure high-quality customer outcomes.
