Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Data Conversion Consultant to lead data conversion activities for Workday Student deployments across APAC. You will partner with customers, project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to define the conversion approach, understand legacy data, and load accurate data into Workday Student.

The role focuses on complex student domain data including academic structures, enrollment, and student financials.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data migration, integration development, report building, or software development.
• 6+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
• 6+ years of HR, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion activities across the full project lifecycle for Workday Student deployments.
• Define conversion approach, understand legacy student data, support mapping and transformation.
• Load high-quality data into Workday Student and support validation, mock loads, testing, cutover, and production deployment.
• Identify quality risks, resolve conversion challenges, and communicate risks and recommendations.
• Mentor and share best practices to support high-quality customer outcomes.
