Qualifications

• Significant experience in Windows Server engineering, systems administration or enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server components: AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and authentication services.
• Experience administering enterprise-scale Windows environments, patching, certificates, permissions and configuration management.
• Advanced PowerShell automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with Windows security hardening, identity and access controls and compliance controls.
• Experience supporting high-availability environments, disaster recovery readiness, backup and performance monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, application hosting and OS issues across multiple domains.
• Strong communication and collaboration across infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, service management and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, automation and technology refresh initiatives.
• Drive security and compliance through system hardening, patch management, identity and access controls.
• Provide senior technical expertise for incidents, root-cause analysis and infrastructure challenges while mentoring engineers.
