XPT Software Australia is seeking a Senior Ways of Working Coach to mentor teams across RegistryConnect and the broader ASIC, promoting continuous improvement and modern delivery practices.

You will coach delivery teams, facilitate retrospectives, support transitions to new Ways of Working, and train ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads, leveraging agile delivery across large organisations.

Formación

• Essential: agile or delivery coaching across multiple teams in large organisations.
• Desirable: ICAgile, SAFe or Kanban certification; government experience.
