Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Principal Ways of Working Lead to establish and champion the Ways of Working function across programs and portfolios.

You will report to the Program Director and drive baseline flow metrics, map value streams, and run a prioritized improvement backlog with leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Led agile or lean transformation at program or portfolio scale with measured results.
• Strong understanding of flow metrics and value-stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Baseline flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, work in progress, dependency wait and predictability.
• Map the program value stream to identify where work waits.
• Run a prioritized improvement backlog with measured experiments alongside program leadership.
• Document changes and embed them into the Ways of Working Registry.
• Transfer the function to an ASIC lead before exit.

Job Description

Purpose: establish and lead the Ways of Workingfunction and champion ongoing improvement in program effectiveness andefficiency.
