XPT Software Australia is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to mentor delivery teams across RegistryConnect and wider ASIC, championing continuous improvement and new Ways of Working. You will coach leaders and teams in iterative delivery practices and facilitate retrospectives to surface and implement improvements.

The role includes training ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads, ensuring alignment with enterprise coaching standards and government program requirements.

Qualificações

• Essential: agile or delivery coaching across multiple teams in large organisations.
• Desirable: ICAgile, SAFe or Kanban certification; government experience.
