Job summary

XPT Software in Melbourne seeks a Senior Agile Delivery Coach to mentor delivery teams and leaders, guiding iterative delivery and continuous improvement. You will facilitate retrospectives, make improvement opportunities visible, and support teams through changes to the Ways of Working.

You will also train ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads. The role requires agile or delivery coaching experience across multiple teams in large organisations, with ICAgile, SAFe or Kanban certifications

Qualifications

• Experience coaching agile or delivery across multiple teams in large organisations.
• Certifications such as ICAgile, SAFe or Kanban are desirable.
• Government experience is a plus.
