Coliban Water is seeking a Senior Operator to coordinate and deliver operation, maintenance, repair and renewal of water, sewer and recycled water assets. The role blends hands-on delivery with technical leadership and customer service, serving over 181,000 customers in the region.

You will mentor operators, support team planning, and drive safe, efficient works. A Certificate III in related fields and MR Truck Licence are highly regarded.

Formación

• Capable operator balancing safety, customer outcomes and service reliability.
• Experience in utility operations and maintenance with a safety focus.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses and tickets.
• Experience in water authority or regulated utility environment is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of water, sewer and recycled water service connection assets.
• Lead field-based activities for customer service faults, asset maintenance and connection works.
• Respond to emergency and planned works to restore customer services.
• Operate plant, equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Complete work orders, inspections and asset records within timeframes.
• Participate in standby and after-hours rosters.
