Job summary
AECOM Australia is seeking an experienced water infrastructure engineer to join our regional team in Townsville or Rockhampton. You will work on significant water projects, delivering pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and treatment facilities for local and national clients.

Qualifications
- Essential tertiary qualifications and RPEQ/CPEng are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in working on/managing complex multidisciplinary projects in water infrastructure.
- Interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal/external clients, developing new relationships and maintaining networks.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to talent development.
Responsibilities
- Apply water infrastructure design skills to meaningful local and national projects.
- Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, including commercial management.
- Provide technical leadership with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
