Job summary

Arc is seeking an experienced Venue & Events leader to head the events team at Roundhouse, UNSW. You will manage client enquiries, budgets and venue setups while growing commercial revenue and shaping student programming. This role blends high-profile events with campus collaborations across UNSW.

You will lead a dynamic team, steward client relationships, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment, contributing to Sydney's iconic campus venue culture.

Qualifications

• Senior events experience with track record in delivering live and scheduled events.
• Ability to set targets and drive outcomes in a venue environment.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across internal teams and external clients.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the events team and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Respond to enquiries and manage client communications during events.
• Own event budgets and drive revenue growth across markets.
• Oversee venue setup, logistics, and safety compliance for events.
• Serve as primary contact for clients during events and post-event wrap-up.
• Guide student programming to engage UNSW demographics and partners.
