Job summary

Frank Digital is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our design team and work on websites, mobile apps and interfaces. This UX-led role emphasizes research, structure and problem solving, with a hybrid work model and bureaux in Barangaroo.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with internal development teams to deliver high-quality interfaces that convert and delight users. A strong portfolio and data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX/UI or digital product design, with agency or fast-paced in-house experience.
• Experience leading projects end to end and owning the design direction.
• Expert working knowledge of Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
• Strong ability to present and defend design decisions to clients and internal teams.
• Attention to layout and typography quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX and UI direction on projects, maintaining the quality bar.
• Lead projects from brief to delivery, including sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
• Mentor junior designers through feedback and coaching.
• Review and lift team craft quality beyond simple fixes.
• Collaborate with PPC, CRO and SEO teams to ensure conversion.
• Work with development teams to ensure buildable, beautiful designs.
• Champion user-centered design with evidence-backed decisions.
• Run workshops and present work to clients with confidence.
• Improve design tools, processes and systems as the team grows.
