Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer / Design Technologist to bridge design and front-end engineering. You will evolve a multi-brand design system across web and native mobile, using AI-assisted workflows to prototype and validate interactions.

The role blends design leadership with code-oriented exploration in a hybrid setup at Barangaroo. You will collaborate with Product, Delivery and Engineering, owning token management and component libraries, while driving accessibility and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or design technology in digital environments.
• Strong systems thinking and human-centred design principles.
• Practical knowledge of front-end tech (React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui) with Git.
• Experience creating and scaling multi-brand component libraries and design tokens.
• Exposure to cross-platform design systems across web and React Native.
• Emerging fluency with agentic AI coding tools and MCP workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt even if not all tools are present.

Responsibilities

• Direct the evolution of the enterprise design system for two brands (BWS and Dan Murphy's).
• Pioneer code-first workflows using agentic AI tools and MCP to accelerate UI exploration.
• Hybrid work arrangement with Barangaroo office: 3 days on site, 2 days remote.
• Own multi-brand design system architecture across web and native mobile apps.
• Build WCAG-compliant UI components using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers via PRs and code reviews to maintain quality.
• Lead workshops with Product, Engineering and Delivery Leads to align needs.
