Job summary

Total Resource Solutions in Sydney (Ultimo NSW) seeks an experienced Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end user experience across complex digital products. You will lead discovery, design strategy, user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, creating user journeys and prototypes, defining design systems, and mentoring junior designers within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading UX design from discovery to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions and stakeholder engagements.
• Create user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes.
• Define and maintain design systems and UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product, BA, Developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Create user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Define and maintain design systems and UX standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to UX best practices.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
