ResMed's Experience Insights (EXI) team is expanding into AI-powered insights. We are seeking a Senior Specialist to own AI insight agents and synthetic audiences within EXI.

This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of AI-enabled insights, UX/CX research, and responsible AI to empower customer-centric decisions. You will partner with UX researchers, data science, product, and engineering to define requirements, deployment approaches, and provide training materials to ensure

Qualifications

• Strong UX researcher with deep research judgment and customer empathy.
• Hands-on AI agent builder with experience creating agents or research tools.
• Ability to translate research needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain synthetic audience capabilities to explore early hypotheses and accelerate discovery.
• Define guardrails for synthetic audience use and when human research is required.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, grounding, bias, and alignment with evidence standards.
• Create tests, feedback loops, and backlogs to ensure ongoing usefulness and trustworthiness.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, engineers and product teams to shape requirements and deployment approaches.
• Create guidance and onboarding materials to help stakeholders use synthetic audiences responsibly.
