Resmed's Experience Insights (EXI) team seeks a Senior UX Researcher to own AI insight agents and synthetic audience capabilities, ensuring human judgment remains central to decision-making. You will partner with UX researchers, data science, engineering and product to shape requirements, build trustworthy agent experiences and create guidance for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Autonomous, self-directed senior contributor in a new domain.
• Strong UX research judgment, methodological rigor and customer empathy.
• Hands-on AI agent building experience translating research into usable tools.
• Ability to partner across UX research, VOC, BeSci, Product, Engineering and Data Science.
• Educator and collaborator, promoting responsible use of synthetic audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own creation, maintenance, evaluation and responsible application of AI insight agents and synthetic audiences within EXI.
• Define guardrails for synthetic audience use, when AI is appropriate and when human research is required.
• Evaluate outputs for quality, grounding, bias, and alignment with EXI evidence standards.
• Create test questions, evaluation routines and backlogs to keep agents useful and trustworthy.
• Partner with UX researchers to reflect real customer evidence in agent experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science/AI, Product to shape requirements and deployment approaches.
• Develop guidance, training and onboarding materials for stakeholders to use synthetic audiences responsibly.
• Provide ongoing support by gathering feedback and improving accessibility of AI-enabled intelligence.
• Define standards on what AI should answer vs. escalate to human research.
