ResMed Inc is seeking a Senior UX Researcher focused on synthetic audiences and AI-enabled insights. You will own the creation, evaluation, and responsible application of AI agents within EXI, collaborating with UX researchers, BeSci, VOC, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams.

This is an individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on human-centered, evidence-grounded AI solutions. You will define guardrails, ensure quality of outputs, and help scale AI-enabled research while

Formación

You are a highly autonomous, technically minded researcher who brings strong judgment and empathy to AI-enabled work.
You are a hands-on AI agent builder with experience creating agents, automations, simulations, or tools to improve research workflows.
You collaborate across UX, VOC, BeSci, Product, Engineering and Data Science/AI to translate needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain AI-enabled synthetic audience capabilities to support early hypotheses and rapid discovery.
Define guardrails for synthetic audiences, including when to use AI vs. human research.
Evaluate AI outputs for quality, bias, grounding, and alignment with EXI evidence standards.
Create guidance, training, and onboarding materials for responsible use of synthetic audiences.
Partner with researchers and engineers to reflect real evidence in agent experiences.
Support stakeholders by gathering feedback and addressing usability issues in AI-enabled workflows.
