Job summary

Bellevue Gold Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Underground Mining Engineer to contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term planning across the Bellevue Gold Mine in Western Australia. You will support 6Q scheduling, provide on-site coverage for senior roles, and mentor technical staff while developing robust mine planning procedures and templates.

Qualifications

• A tertiary degree in Mining Engineering.
• Experience with paste fill is preferable.
• 5+ years of professional experience in underground mining engineering.
• Deswik competency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, literacy, numeracy and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills.
• Business acumen in an operational mining environment.
• Full knowledge of Work Health and Safety (Mines) Act & Regulations.
• Outstanding analytical skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, quantify, and communicate strategies to feed the 6Q schedule.
• Provide site-based Senior Engineer coverage during leave and absences.
• Mentor site-based technical staff on related tasks.
• Develop, implement and maintain mine planning systems and standards.
