Qualifications

• A tertiary degree in Mining Engineering.
• Completed Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate.
• 5+ years of experience in mining engineering.
• Deswik competency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing contractors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain weekly production schedules and chair production meetings.
• Develop safe and efficient production designs for drilling, charging, and remote bogging.
• Complete stope reconciliations and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain drill and blast standards, templates and documentation.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting; oversee contractor performance.
• Lead and develop the Production Engineering team and mentor engineers.
