Toll Group is hiring an Operations Manager – Transport at its Major Hazard Facility in Tomago, NSW. You will lead critical transport operations, drive safety excellence, and deliver high-performance outcomes while overseeing fleet utilisation, compliance, and customer service.

The role requires significant experience in transport/logistics leadership, strong knowledge of CoR and DG/Load Restraint, and a proven track record in safety and operational performance within a safety-critical

Competenze

• Significant experience leading transport or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance, CoR, Dangerous Goods, and Load Restraint requirements.
• Knowledge of SSAN transport requirements.
• Proven track record driving safety, operational performance, and customer outcomes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing operational budgets, KPIs and service delivery performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
