12-month contract | Sydney | Financial Services
Leading global bank's Securities Services business in Australia is looking for a Senior Transitions Manager to lead client restructures, closures and new business onboarding, including a significant new client onboarding.
You'll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of client transitions. You'll start by understanding the client's needs, including their investment managers, custodians and fund accounting requirements, then turn that into detailed transition plans and see them through. You'll coordinate internal teams (middle office, fund accounting, risk, IT) and external parties such as custodians, investment managers and trustees to deliver smooth, compliant asset transfers. You'll track settlements, corporate actions and income monitoring against agreed deadlines, and elevate delays early. You'll also mentor junior team members locally and offshore and help improve the transition framework.
